Katie's third birthday was this past Friday, and what a wonderful time it was! She got some lovely gifts, including some pretty dresses, a bike helmet, and some craft items. We had macaroni and cheese, roasted chicken, breadsticks, and salad for dinner (some of Katie's favorite foods). For a few months now, Katie has wanted a cake with pink frosting and a Jelly Belly rainbow. She helped me make it on Friday morning, and it was a hit.
